Some of the biggest learnings can and will happen when one is free from all distractions. This is exactly what did happen on Aug 6th, 2017 during the whole day of sharing, learning and unlearning.
For those of you who are not aware – The High Performance Alchemy Master Class is my signature event, conducted live in Bangalore. As like always, the one – most recently conducted was full of knowledge sharing.
The average industry experience in this Master Class was 2 decades plus and each one of them had some interesting experience to share during the day.
When there are no personal or professional strings attached, the magic does begin to happen. It was no different during this Master Class. Each of the participants had some very interesting failures, success stories and perseverance experiences which they openly shared with all of us.
This can never happen within your organization because there is always a thought lingering at the back of your mind that what you say and do can be used against you. This is one of the key reasons why the idea of doing it outside the organization domain was conceptualized by my Team.
Since most of the participants were from different organizations, backgrounds, cities and industries, it was a free flow of thoughts which did help to make this Master Class a grand success.
I am a strong visual person and so do believe that more than 70% of the people are visual. This means that you as a person process the data internally by seeing things. Hence I have shared most of the day’s activities through this quick video.
Please do feel free to go through the same and remember that the only way you can get out of the comfort zone is by stepping out of it. If you are someone at a leadership level in an organization, then you do not have to wait for the change to happen from the outside.
Take control of the things which is in your control and push through your own boundaries. This is exactly what was the learning each one of the participants of the Masterclass did take away.
